About ChangeLeap Solutions
Founded in 2017 by Gail Park, ChangeLeap Solutions is committed to making Agile / Lean journeys more productive and streamlined for Software teams and their Executive sponsors. We partner with Software organisations who are striving to become more competitive whilst improving customer satisfaction. We assist in optimising their Agile implementation and processes. We quickly diagnose the root cause of any Agile Transformation pain points and reduce change resistance within teams.
We work with practising Agile teams and their management teams on developing practical, repeatable solutions to common roadblocks via the provision of In-house Agile coaching. We also offer an outsourced On-Site Agile Coach service for SME’s who need an Agile coach on a part-time basis.
Our goal is simple, to create and empower high performing Agile Teams, increasing organisational competitiveness, increasing customer value and enabling those teams to respond to change with ease.

About Gail Park
As founder of ChangeLeap Solutions, Gail Park is a professional Agile / Lean Consultant & Coach and also an Executive Coach.
She has been involved in Agile Transformations for over 10 years. Her passion for Agile began in Dell Computers in 2006 and later went on to lead a large scale Agile Transformation of over 250 globally dispersed engineers from concept to successful maturity in Openet. Since 2017 she has been working with various Clients assisting them on their Agile Transformation journeys. As an Executive Coach, Gail works with both individuals and teams across all industry sectors.

She has followed a dynamic career path starting in Limerick School of Art and Design studying Fine Art followed by Accountancy, IT, Project Management and Executive Coaching. Since 1996 she has worked in a variety of IT roles through all stages of the Development Life-cycle including commercial & planning aspects. She has qualifications from the Institute of Accounting Technicians (IATI), Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and holds a B.Sc. in Computer Applications (Hons. DCU), a H.Dip. in Executive Coaching (IMI) and a Certificate in Systemic Team Coaching (AoEC, London). She is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Kanban Level 1 Practitioner and has completed Agile Certified Practitioner (ACI-PMP) and PMP-PMI training.
